Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Creative Project Coordinator to manage video projects from assignment through completion, ensuring quality across pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting.

You will help keep creative workflows running smoothly in a fully remote environment. This full-time remote contractor role requires excellent written and spoken English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.

1,800–2,500 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion
• Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
• Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting
• Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors
• Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English

Preferred: Video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency, or performance marketing experience.
