Job summary

Clients Blackbox is seeking a highly organized Creative Project Coordinator to manage video projects from assignment through completion, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced remote environment.

You will perform QA on videos, provide actionable feedback to editors, track revisions, and keep workflows and cross‑team communication smooth. This is a full-time remote contractor role open to international applicants.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.

1,800–2,500 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!
