Reverba Global is seeking an experienced Video Producer to lead the development of powerful, compliant patient and caregiver video content on behalf of biomedical and pharmaceutical clients.

As a key member of our Creative Content & Production team, you will oversee projects from concept through final cut—bringing patient and caregiver voices to life in meaningful ways across digital and professional platforms.

What You’ll Do

Essential Job Functions

Pre-production

  • Confer with clients and Account Teams to understand project scope and objectives
  • Drive or support strategy, ideation, and creative concept development for large commercial projects
  • Drive or support development of client presentations and concept decks, storyboards, and script/Q&As for MRL submission packages
  • Work alongside our production team to confirm crew, equipment, location, craft services, HMUA, and other budgetary requirements
  • With support from Account Teams, secure and manage locations and location contracts and insurance, if applicable
  • Support project manager in the development and management of project timelines and budgets
  • Develop shooting schedules and call sheets

Production

  • Define and organize technical and logistical resources required for each production and assemble the required team of external production specialists for each production's camera, sound, lighting, and other functions
  • Select and engage vendors and ensure vetting is completed as necessary by Compliance team
  • Communicate creative concept, script/Q&A, guidelines, and relevant Advocate information and key logistics to director and crew
  • Oversee vendor work to ensure director and crew understand and execute concept and all technical requirements

Post-production

  • Execute or direct post-production editing operations
  • Manage music and voiceover work
  • Develop or direct vendor to develop graphics and animations
  • Ensure ISI integration in alignment with client requirements
  • Support submission of assets to client MRL platforms
  • Direct or complete edits required by MRL review teams

Media Consultation

  • Act as internal consultant to Account Teams in the identification of platforms or tools to best capture and deploy Advocate stories
  • Support Client Partner, Strategy & Growth, and New Business teams in conceptualizing and pitching innovative content initiatives that uniquely showcase patient and caregiver experiences

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Film, Photography, Communications, Video Journalism, Digital Media, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience producing, directing, shooting, and editing professional video content for notable brands
  • A track record of creating compelling, informative, and inspiring video content that resonates with consumer and professional audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive film and media projects, marketing campaigns and design initiatives.
  • Passion to produce exceptional creative work within the confines of a highly regulated industry.
  • Capacity to inspire and motivate team members and contractors to do their best work.
  • A practical understanding of how to expand in-house production capabilities.
  • Adaptable and responsive to evolving demands in a fluid media landscape.
  • Team oriented, process driven approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite of services

This job operates remotely and will routinely use a computer/laptop.
