We are hiring a Video Producer to lead end-to-end production of educational video lessons for Educational B2B programs. The role reports to the Content Production Lead and manages a small team of video editors.

What you will do
  • Scope new requests: deliver time estimates, draft production schedules, and track on-time delivery.
  • Prepare cost outlays for each module (editors, reviewers, operators, studio rental) and monitor spend against budget.
  • Oversee file management and version control across Frame.io , Google Workspace, and other tools.
  • Train new team members on workflows and continuously improve processes.
  • Milstones

    • Within 1 month: establish smooth, transparent production workflows and standardized project templates that are ready to scale to a larger editor pool.
    • Within 3 months: reach 90% on-time delivery for weekly video modules.
    • Within 6 months: reduce the average revision cycle and keep all workflows scalable for future growth.
    Requirements
    • 3+ years in video or creative production management, preferably with online education content.
    • Hands-on proficiency with editing and motion graphics sufficient for urgent fixes.
    • Solid knowledge of lighting, sound, and storytelling fundamentals.
    • Experience using Figma and mainstream NLE software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci).
    • Strong organizational and remote-team communication skills.
    • English at B2 level.
