Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of HTML.

Responsibilities

• Consults with business partners to understand needs and develop video content strategies.
• Develops video content from concept to final delivery, including scripting, filming, and editing for internal channels.
• Writes and edits scripts and messaging to align with Lowe’s communications standards.
• Translates complex priorities into engaging video stories for employees.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to plan productions, manage timelines and deliverables.
• Manages content review and approval with executives to ensure objectives are met.
• Develops video assets and tools to support communications needs.
• Contributes to Communications processes, production standards, and style guidelines.
• Performs additional responsibilities to complete projects.
