Responsibilities

• Becomes a subject matter expert in Chelsea Groton's digital banking offerings (including Chelsea LIVE Video Banking, ITMs, and online/mobile services).
• Responds to customer needs and questions about accounts, services, and feature changes via phone or video channels.
• Assists internal and external customers courteously and efficiently through phone or video interactions.
• Establishes deposit accounts and conducts banking transactions virtually through video channels.
