Job summary

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is seeking a Victim Notification Administrative Analyst (VOSS) to support FBI’s Victim Outreach Support & Strategy Team (VOSS) in ensuring timely notification and data management. This role provides full administrative support to victim services providers and requires working on-site in Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
• Active Top Secret clearance. Applicants must already hold this clearance; sponsorship, processing, or upgrades cannot be provided by the employer.
• Education can be substituted with four (4) years of relevant experience performing similar administrative tasks.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a professional environment.
• Work schedules vary based on client needs and may range from 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM to 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Ability to work onsite in Washington D.C. - Telework is not permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative duties in conjunction with case management for FBI victim services providers.
• Interact and collaborate with FBI personnel, including Executive Management.
• Provide mentorship and training to new victim notification analysts.
• Answer phones, prepare reports, track work, manage email correspondence and schedule/calendar.
• Update the VNS SOP document and generate reports for supervisor review.
• Maintain data, create and modify reports, and assist in project coordination.
