Job summary

The position involves supervision, coordination with diverse teams, and ensuring services meet legal and program requirements, with shifts including crisis response.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related or professional experience.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Trauma-informed approach in service delivery.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and teams.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between worksites.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, in and out of facility.
• Supervise a team of Victim Advocates/Interns.
• Collaborate with providers to deliver culturally appropriate services.
• Maintain compliance with program and documentation standards.
• Provide phone coverage and crisis response on shifts; arrange replacements as needed.
• Inform survivors about rights, resources, and medical/legal services.
