Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a dedicated on-call crisis support professional to assist sexual abuse/assault victims through the criminal justice process. You will provide critical crisis intervention, contribute to safety planning, and refer families to essential services while maintaining trauma-informed care and strong teamwork with community partners.

The role requires sensitivity to trauma, ability to handle fast-paced situations, and effective communication across in-person, phone, and virtual

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call crisis intervention to primary and secondary victims of sexual assault/abuse.
• Assist in development and implementation of safety plans.
• Refer children and families for additional services as identified.
• Respond to victim location within 45 minutes of notification.
• Provide information about the legal system and resources to victims.
