Job summary

Rural Resources in Colville, WA is seeking a Victim Advocacy Coordinator 1 to lead client advocacy services across the Victim Services Department. You will supervise direct service staff, manage fiscal tasks, and contribute to grant reporting and program evaluation to improve outcomes for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and related crimes.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2 years in victim support, and experience in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (required).
• Two years of experience in victim support services or related field.
• One year of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate assigned staff.
• Monitor budgets to ensure fiscal fidelity and program goals.
• Submit bill coding, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Collect and prepare service data for grant reporting and monitoring.
• Complete intake, safety and lethality screenings, and ongoing case management.
• Provide referrals, crisis intervention, and advocacy to clients.
