Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale operational functions with growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of LIFT to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and execute enterprise operational strategies aligned with goals.
• Oversee policy administration, claims operations, customer service, compliance, and vendor management.
