Lendistry is a national minority-led, tech-savvy lender for small businesses and CRE. The Business Loan Consultant will manage inbound loan opportunities, work with brokers and referral partners, and guide deals from intake to submission.

The role involves educating clients about Lendistry’s value, maintaining relationships, and coordinating with credit, processing, and closing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years in lending, banking, sales support, or financial services.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage inbound loan opportunities across all sizes and products from referral partners, brokers, and marketing channels.
• Serve as primary contact for partners and business owners during intake and pre-submission process.
• Educate clients on Lendistry’s value and build long-term relationships.
• Conduct initial deal screening for eligibility, structure, and basic credit fit.
• Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation including financials, tax returns, and bank statements.
• Prepare and package complete loan files for submission to Credit Team.
• Maintain communication to provide updates and move deals forward.
• Track and manage pipeline activity to ensure timely progression of opportunities.
