XO is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to grow membership and revenue in private aviation. This role focuses on managing current accounts, building strong client relationships, and generating new revenue through referrals and strategic prospecting.

You will oversee contract negotiations and ensure a high level of customer service across XO partnerships. Fluent English and 7+ years of sales success in the region are required; base salary starts at $68,640 with uncapped commissions,

The Vice President, Sales is responsible for growing and developing new membership sales for XO. This individual should constantly be thinking about scaling the XO Business and excels in creating demand and revenue opportunities for XO. A Vice President embodies the highest level of sales professionalism and resiliency in support of the XO mission to be the trusted advisor and service provider of choice to the most sophisticated private aviation consumers, both businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for managing and growing current accounts, including:
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, peers, and operating partners.
  • Generating new revenue and memberships for the organization via referrals and prospecting efforts.
  • Identify opportunities that will yield revenue and incremental profits.
  • Provide membership and trip options to clients and trusted advice.
  • Oversee the overall client experience and partner with Account Management on a seamless experience.
  • Escalate client service disruptions as necessary to Leadership.
  • Maintaining a minimum of $10m TTM revenue and selling two deposits per month.
  • Maintaining 90% of Primary Revenue (revenue retention).
  • Understand customer trip needs and articulate options to best suit individual customer requirements.
  • Ensure operators meet quality assurance standards to provide the highest levels of customer service to our clients.
  • Contract management and negotiations.
  • Preparation and submittal of sales proposals and materials.
  • Consistently meets/exceeds targets.
  • Is a trusted peer, mentor, and coach.
  • Is a brand leader and serves as an ambassador of the XO Culture.
  • Partnering across the organization.
  • Communicate clearly with leadership around pipelines and client retention.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the leadership, clients, and willingness to work as a team.
Required Skills And Experience
  • 7+ Years Sales experience. Private aviation experience desirable.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Outstanding service and customer oriented behaviour.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience of working in the region.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and ambitious. Base salary of $68,640 + uncapped commission.
