Qualifications

• 10-12 years of merchandising, supplier/partner management, and/or retail planning experience is required.
• Must have demonstrated experience leading, developing, and managing team(s).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic merchandising plans to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develops category/sub-category assortment strategies and plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Reviews merchandising performance and recommends improvements.
• Gathers and analyzes data to identify market opportunities and challenges.
• Develops pricing strategies based on market variances and competition.
• Manages external partner relationships to grow sales targets.
• Evaluates supplier costs and negotiates agreements based on performance.
