Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare finance, managed care contracting, payer administration, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading payer strategy, reimbursement operations, contract negotiations, and financial planning within a complex healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for payer strategy and reimbursement across the enterprise.
• Oversee commercial and governmental payer contracts, reimbursement modeling, and value-based care initiatives.
• Lead organizational financial planning, net revenue reporting, and regulatory reimbursement activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and regulatory requirements affecting reimbursement.
