Job summary

Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President of Payor Strategies to shape reimbursement strategy and drive financial sustainability across the health system.

You will lead complex negotiations, build payor partnerships, and advance value-based care initiatives, partnering with executives and operations to position the system for success. This role offers strong leadership exposure, tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually for full-time staff, and a hybrid day shift, with

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years progressive experience in hospital or health system managed care contracting with payors and/or health care providers
• 5-10 years in a management role
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team to meet goals and expectations
• Experience with large health systems or hospitals or health insurance providers
• Proven communication and contract negotiation skills, both oral and written
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex contract issues
• Strong business acumen with strategic thinking ability

Responsibilities

• Lead complex managed care negotiations and drive reimbursement strategy across the health system
• Develop innovative payor partnerships and value-based care initiatives
• Collaborate with executive leadership, finance, legal, quality and operations
• Provide strategic advisory on reimbursement models and healthcare reform
• Foster relationships with regional payors and industry partners
