Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Managed Care to lead their managed care strategy across multiple states. This executive will oversee contracting, optimization of reimbursement, and strengthen partnerships with payors. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of leadership experience, a Bachelor's in a relevant field, and an MBA is preferred.

You will work closely with diverse teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and financial objectives. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in managed care, payor contracting, or healthcare administration.
• Experience working within multi-state healthcare organizations with understanding of varying regulatory environments.
• Expertise in all forms of reimbursement such as per diems, episode pricing, capitation.
