Job summary

PAM Health Corporate Office is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Managed Care to lead the enterprise-wide managed care strategy across our multi-state post-acute care platform. This role requires strong leadership to integrate initiatives that enhance financial performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of leadership experience in managed care and healthcare administration, coupled with expertise in contract negotiation and reimbursement. Emphasis is placed on building partnerships with all major payor segments and improving patient access.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in managed care.
• Experience in healthcare administration and payor contracting.
• Significant experience within post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise managed care contracting strategy across payor segments.
