You will lead senior client relationships, oversee budgets and financial reporting, and mentor the team to deliver results. Travel up to 50% and collaboration across sales and client services are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPM certification preferred.
• Ten+ years in multi-family property management.
• Five+ years in direct management.
• Five+ years in high-level client relationship management.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for existing complex portfolio clients within assigned regions.
• Grow portfolio properties using Avenue5 tools to maximize performance.
• Lead recruitment, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
• Manage client relationships, communications, planning and issue resolution.
• Lead revenue growth initiatives and monitor KPI achievement.
• Oversee annual budgets, P&L statements, and financial reporting for properties.
• Collaborate on RFPs and RFIs with sales and client services.
