VP of Operations

USA Fully Remote

We’re looking for a VP of Operations to join a dynamic and ambitious team. The company speacilise in TV Streaming in Advertising Technology.

This role is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, systems, and sales process — and who wants to build the operational backbone of a successful SAAS platform. Your work will enhance pipeline visibility, performance tracking, and go-to-market workflows, ensuring seamless alignment across teams.

The Role

• Oversee key revenue operations and develop work streams for annual planning, account prioritization, territories, revenue target setting, resource planning, and sales compensation.
• Build and maintain dashboards, end to end sales funnel and pipeline analytics, plus business performance reports to support leadership decision-making.
• Implement processes to enhance pipeline visibility and improve sales forecasting accuracy.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure accurate account and opportunity structures and integrity in pipeline tracking, deal stages, and revenue forecasting.
• Work closely with the executive team to align revenue objectives with the company's broader vision and strategic goals.
• Manage sales commission structures and ensure accurate compensation calculations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of successful revenue operations or similar technical GTM roles with direct experience in forecasting, compensation, and analytics in high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong background in sales process design, pipeline management, showing the operational rigor to drive execution, territory design, quota setting, compensation planning metrics tracking
• Analytical mindset with demonstrated experience finding insights to improve process and productivity.
• Strong attention to detail in managing processes, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing revenue systems
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and strategic communication.
• You have a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with proactively to solve problems
