This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape field operations, support franchise partners, and ensure consistent, scalable performance across the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to field operations, driving execution of brand standards across all locations
• Lead and develop a high-performing Operations team, including Regional Directors, Area Developers, and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operational strategies with company objectives
• Manage the implementation of complex, long-term initiatives and operational programs
• Support franchisees with performance insights, tools, and accountability structures to enhance results

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a franchise environment, including 3+ years in a senior operations role
• Strong track record of building and leading high-performance teams
• Deep financial acumen and ability to drive unit-level economics
• Exceptional communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills
• Proven project management leadership and the ability to execute large-scale initiatives
