The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Vice President who’s an experienced builder and a doer. You’ll be both strategic and in the trenches. You will own and run day-to-day operations, build repeatable processes, and solve hard problems with urgency and focus.

The right candidate understands that startup leadership doesn’t run on a traditional 9-to-5 clock—and is energized by the pace, responsiveness, and responsibility that come with that. Flexibility is expected, and so is a deep commitment to the mission and momentum of the company.

You’ll partner directly with the leadership team to scale operations and internal systems. You’re someone who thrives in ambiguity, gets things done, and can move between high-level systems thinking and tactical execution—often in the same hour.

What You'll Do

  • Own and scale day-to-day operations across clinical delivery, member experience, service operations, and business processes
  • Build systems, dashboards, and workflows that enable us to deliver high-quality care at scale
  • Collaborate with product, clinical, and business teams to launch and iterate on new services
  • Lead operational planning, resource management, and cross-functional execution
  • Recruit and manage high-performing ops, support, integration and enablement teams
  • Roll up your sleeves and solve whatever operational challenge comes up that week

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in operations roles in digital health, tech-enabled services, or care delivery
  • Experience scaling from early stage to growth—building the plane while flying it
  • Track record of owning KPIs and delivering measurable improvements
  • Scrappy, systems-minded, and energized by getting your hands dirty
  • Comfortable working with urgency, including outside of standard business hours when needed
  • Clear communicator, strong executor, low ego, high accountability
  • Bonus: background in MSK, virtual care, or value-based care models

Logistics
