The Opportunity

Join our leadership team as VP of Operations and drive operational excellence across our international supply chain and domestic distribution operations. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic planning with tactical execution, overseeing all operational functions from supplier relationships in Asia to customer delivery throughout the USA. You'll lead cross-functional teams, champion continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen methodology, and play a key role in our growth as a publicly traded company.

What You'll Do

• Lead End-to-End Operations: Oversee supply chain, product development, warehousing, logistics, and customer service functions
• Drive Strategic Planning: Develop operational strategies, lead monthly S&OP processes, and establish enterprise-wide KPIs
• Manage International Supply Chain: Direct supplier relationships and contract negotiations with partners in Vietnam, Bangladesh, and China
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Implement lean principles and Kaizen methodology to optimize processes and reduce costs
• Lead High-Performing Teams: Mentor and develop teams across customer service, product management, warehousing, logistics, and sales operations
• Leverage Technology: Utilize ERP/MRP/WMS/TMS systems, APPRISE, Power BI, and AI tools to enhance operational workflows and analytics

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 7-10 years progressive operations management with 3-5 years at Director or higher level, leading cross-functional teams across supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, and sales operations
• International Operations: Expertise in Asian import operations, logistics, and trade compliance
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP/MRP/WMS/TMS systems and business analytics tools
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a small company environment with a broad scope of responsibility
• Continuous Improvement: Experience with Kaizen methodology and lean operations principles
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
