Position Summary:
This is a role for the Vice President of Sales (Americas) reporting the Lumileds executive head of global sales. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing sales, business development and account management for the Americas region. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing our direct and indirect sales teams, implementing sales strategies, driving business development initiatives, managing key accounts, supporting our distribution network, forecasting revenue, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
Pay Range Data:
We expect to pay within the range of $200K - $270K per year for this role.This range represents base salary and does not reflect benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries reflect several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, education/certifications and specific work location.
