This remote role in the United States will partner with the CEO to design and catalyze programs that move more resources to communities and leaders on the frontlines of social change.

The VP will leverage deep knowledge of program design and the philanthropic ecosystem to connect and catalyze collaborative giving, balancing bold vision with practical execution for impact.

• Lead the design and implementation of grantmaking programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to set strategic program goals.
• Oversee program operations and ensure impact metrics and reporting.

Job description

We are looking for a strategic and creative leader to join our leadership team as Vice President of Programs [Remote in the United States, $175,000] In close partnership with our CEO and our tight-knit team, the VP will bring their knowledge of program design and the philanthropic ecosystem to our work of connecting and catalyzing the field of collective and collaborative giving toward our ultimate goal of moving more resources to communities and leaders on the frontlines of social change.
