Job summary

Borealis Philanthropy seeks two dynamic and visionary Vice Presidents to co-lead our programmatic efforts. The Vice Presidents will provide senior leadership and strategic oversight for all grantmaking and movement support, establishing department-wide policies and guiding strategic planning.

They will collaborate with the President and Executive Leadership Team, manage budgets and major expenditures, and help implement a new program leadership structure to sustain growth and expand

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking and grantmaking expertise are essential.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with the executive team are required.
• Experience in movement strategy and equity-centered grantmaking is crucial.
• Experience managing large-scale philanthropic intermediary institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and strategic oversight for all grantmaking and movement support.
• Establish department-wide policies, standards, and strategic planning.
• Select and oversee fund directors and program managers; manage budgets and major expenditures.
• Maintain strategic partnerships and drive the implementation of a new program leadership structure.
