As Vice President of Land Acquisition, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying transformative development sites, negotiating complex deals, and driving the future of residential and mixed-use growth in the Columbus Metro area.
The Vice President of Land Acquisition is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new land opportunities suitable for residential and mixed-use development. This role plays a critical part in the strategic growth of Addison Properties by sourcing properties, negotiating terms, and managing the entitlement and acquisition process from initial lead to closing. The position requires a blend of market insight, financial acumen, negotiation skill, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
