Job summary

Redwood Living, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Land Acquisitions to lead and execute land acquisition strategies across markets from Columbus, OH. You will mentor Acquisitions teams, shape deal structures, and coordinate with senior leadership for successful entitlement and approvals.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring at least 20% travel, with cross-functional collaboration across development, operations, and finance to drive informed, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in land development or acquisitions.
• Minimum 10 years of acquisitions experience.
• Legal or financial background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to Acquisitions directors, managers, and coordinators in all aspects of land acquisition.
• Train and provide strategic support on land mapping, land contract negotiation, and municipality approval strategy.
• Act as liaison between Acquisitions managers and senior leadership; coordinate priorities.
