At Peach, our goal is to improve the lending experience for everyone. We are doing this by offering a leading modern loan management and servicing platform that allows lenders to innovate, adapt, and scale.

We’re a mature company at a critical stage—solid product, growing customer base, and a lot of momentum. What we don’t have yet is a dedicated in-house Finance leader. That’s where you come in.

As a Sr. Director or VP of Finance, you’ll step into a hands-on, high-ownership role where execution matters. You’ll build trust across teams, own the numbers, and bring financial clarity to the business. Early on, you’ll work closely with our current finance consultants, but your mission is to transition us to a fully in-house operation within 6 months.

You'll partner directly with the CEO, CRO, Product, and Engineering to refine our pricing, improve forecasting, and own the financial narrative for investors and enterprise customers. This is a unique opportunity to build the finance function from scratch—and grow into a CFO role as the company scales.

Responsibilities

1. Build trust and deep working relationships with CEO, CRO, VP of Engineering, and other key stakeholders
2. Lead all aspects of finance, including FP&A, accounting, tax, compliance, and financial reporting
3. Manage relationships with external consultants (Accounting, Tax, Finance)
4. Create and maintain financial models, forecasts, and strategic plans
5. Co-own Sales and CX team quota setting with CRO
6. Provide financial guidance and insights to executive leadership and board of directors
7. Oversee budgeting processes and departmental spend
8. Lead preparation of financial statements for board and customer reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
9. Support compliance and manage risk across financial operations
10. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
11. Serve as a financial storyteller in the sales process to enterprise prospects

Qualifications / Experiences

1. 7+ years in finance, accounting, and FP&A roles—preferably within SaaS or Fintech
2. Experience scaling finance functions from scratch and building teams
3. Strong command of financial modeling, accounting systems, and planning tools
4. Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams and C-level executives
5. Strong grasp of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and infrastructure-related cost structures
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills
7. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (top-tier school preferred)
8. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
9. Ready to grow into a CFO role within 2-3 years
