Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a Product Manager to shape Polaris IQ and own multiple applications in the Technology team. You will drive the roadmap with Engineering and Design, conduct user research, and translate insights into actionable requirements for client delivery and growth.

You’ll collaborate with marketing services, clients, and partners to deliver valuable product experiences, using data to measure impact and prioritize work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing, marketing technology, or a digital agency.
• Ability to translate user or business needs into product requirements and workflows.
• Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams through execution.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities with ownership.
• Curiosity about marketing tech, data, AI, and related innovations.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple Polaris IQ applications and lead the squad delivering the roadmap.
• Conduct user research and analyze market data to form requirements and use cases.
• Translate needs into requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria for Engineering and Design.
• Partner across teams to launch and drive adoption of product experiences.
• Represent Polaris IQ in client conversations, demos, and cross-functional planning.
• Use data to evaluate success and guide future decisions; triage questions and issues.
