Job summary

Alignment Health seeks a senior executive to lead New Market & Technology Implementations, driving Medicare Advantage expansions and enterprise technology deployments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, set governance, and ensure readiness for large-scale launches across markets.

The role oversees end-to-end deployment, regulatory compliance, and operational scale, partnering with IT, operations, regulatory affairs, and business development to deliver compliant, timely market entries.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in health plan operations, healthcare consulting, implementation management, or healthcare technology leadership.
• 7+ years of executive-level leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success launching Medicare Advantage products and/or entering new markets.
• Experience leading large-scale technology implementations in a managed care environment.
• Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage operational, regulatory, and financial requirements.
• Experience managing enterprise program portfolios exceeding $10M in implementation investments.
• Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams and complex organizational transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation planning, execution, and operational readiness for approved Medicare Advantage market expansions.
• Develop and oversee implementation roadmaps, readiness plans, and launch milestones for new market launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to convert market strategies into executable launch plans.
• Establish launch governance frameworks, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Assess capabilities, launch dependencies, and risks for expansion activities.
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to ongoing operations, including post-launch stabilization.
