Alignment Health is seeking a Remote Market Implementation Manager to lead cross-functional efforts for new market entry, service area expansions, and strategic growth within the Medicare Advantage program. You will coordinate across business, operational, clinical, regulatory, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful launch and operational readiness from day one.

You will develop integrated implementation plans, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, project/program management, and vendor relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for new market entry and service area expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness and successful launches.
• Develop integrated implementation plans with timelines and milestones.
• Support CMS regulatory coordination and adherence to federal/state requirements.
• Facilitate executive reporting and risk mitigation throughout launch and stabilization.
