Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking an Implementation Manager, Technology & Vendor Integrations to lead the planning, execution, and deployment of strategic technology solutions and vendor implementations across our Medicare Advantage operations.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor onboarding, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive stabilization post-implementation to realize benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of technology solutions and vendor services.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with objectives.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide status updates to executives.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new vendors for Medicare Advantage operations.
• Coordinate contract implementation activities, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor vendor performance during implementation and stabilization.
