You will coordinate across business, operational, clinical, regulatory, technology, and vendors to ensure launch readiness and a positive member and provider experience.

The role develops comprehensive implementation plans, manages dependencies, mitigates risks, and ensures CMS/state regulatory alignment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations.
• Medicare Advantage market launch or service area expansion experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for new market entry and service area expansion.
• Develop and maintain integrated implementation plans with launch milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for market readiness and execution.
• Establish governance, schedules, and reporting for expansions.
• Drive accountability and manage critical path activities.
• Facilitate implementation meetings and executive steering.
• Monitor progress and address barriers to readiness.
• Develop market readiness assessments and coordinate operations.
• Ensure policies, workflows, and systems are prepared for launch.
• Manage launch checklists, go-live and stabilization.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks impacting performance.
• Support CMS activities and regulatory coordination.
• Coordinate provider onboarding and network readiness.
• Oversee systems configuration and testing for enrollment, claims, support.
• Collaborate with vendors and delegated entities on integration timelines.
• Produce executive readiness reports and launch dashboards.
• Communicate progress and key decisions to leadership.
• Capture lessons learned for future expansions.
