Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking an Implementation Manager, Technology & Vendor Integrations to lead the planning, execution, and deployment of strategic technology solutions and third-party vendor implementations in the Medicare Advantage space.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop detailed implementation plans, and ensure operational readiness, testing, and post-implementation stabilization while meeting regulatory requirements and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Experience with vendor relationship management and organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of strategic technology solutions and vendor services.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget objectives.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide status updates to executives.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new vendors for Medicare Advantage operations.
• Coordinate contract implementation activities, readiness, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor vendor performance during implementation and stabilization.
• Escalate and resolve delivery barriers and risks.
