Job summary

Alignment Health seeks an Implementation Manager, Technology & Vendor Integrations to lead planning, execution, and deployment of strategic tech solutions and third‑party vendor implementations across Medicare Advantage operations.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage vendor onboarding, ensure regulatory compliance, testing, training, and go‑live readiness, and drive benefits realization from business case through stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Experience with vendor relationship management and organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end implementation of technology solutions and vendor services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and governance meetings to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope and aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new vendors and ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate testing (UAT), production readiness, and go-live activities.
• Support regulatory compliance and risk management throughout implementations.
