Job summary

Orbis seeks a senior-level business development leader to drive international growth across UAE and Europe, partnering with the EVP, International, to execute portfolio priorities and cultivate partnerships. The role builds scalable BD processes and deepens understanding of Orbis’ commercial and delivery capabilities to accelerate cross-regional growth.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in national security or defense tech and/or international government business.
• Proven track record closing complex deals and managing multi-region partnerships.
• Comfort operating across regions, cultures, and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support the EVP, International, in UAE and Europe pursuits, proposals, and partner engagement.
• Lead regional initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable BD processes.
• Capture, pricing, and negotiation leadership for select opportunities.
