Job summary

Orbis is seeking a Vice President to serve as the principal technical authority for its international and commercial portfolio. You will shape solution strategy, own end-to-end delivery standards, and drive programs to successful outcomes for allied-nation and commercial clients, from design through operations.

You will translate technical work into client-ready outcomes, balancing mission needs with growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of combined operational and technical experience across defense, intelligence, international, or commercial technology programs.
• Recent operational exposure; able to talk about current mission problems and technology in one conversation.
• 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role with ownership of delivery, strategy, and client relationships.
• Current passport and the flexibility to travel on short notice.
• Experience addressing data access and sharing challenges where data cannot reach the operator.

Responsibilities

• GROW. Serve as principal technical strategist shaping solution strategy and positioning products to win new business.
• LEAD. Own technical standards for end-to-end delivery across international and commercial programs; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• MANAGE. Own program-level accountability for technical quality and client satisfaction; mentor delivery leads.
• CONNECT. Build trusted relationships with senior technical stakeholders across defense, intelligence, and industry.
• EVOLVE. Evaluate emerging technology for integration and guide product prioritization based on client feedback.
