Orbis Operations LLC seeks a senior international business development leader to drive growth for the Obsidian Autonomy JV, support Europe business development, and lead strategic pursuits across regions. You will partner with the EVP, International to execute portfolio priorities, develop opportunities and partnerships, and implement scalable processes to improve development and delivery capabilities.

You will build a deep command of Orbis’ business model, pricing, contracting, and delivery

Formación

Senior experience in national security, defense technology, or international government business.
Proven ability to close complex deals and lead cross-regional engagements.
Strong pricing, contracting, and export considerations.
Ability to earn trust quickly with country managers and executives.

Responsabilidades

Lead international growth initiatives across regions and stand up initiatives where needed.
Support the EVP, International and BD Lead, Europe on pursuits, proposals, and partner engagement.
Build repeatable processes for qualification, capture, pricing, and handoff to delivery.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, People, OPD, and PDE to align strategy across the firm.
Travel internationally as required to grow the international portfolio.
