Job summary

Orbis is seeking a high-impact leader to drive international growth, focusing on UAE and European business development and strategic pursuits across regions. The role partners with the EVP, International, to execute portfolio priorities, develop opportunities, and strengthen collaboration across finance, legal, and product teams.

You will lead end-to-end pursuits, shape pricing and contracting practices, and ensure scalable processes that accelerate growth and delivery while aligning with Orbis’

Qualifications

• Senior experience in national security, defense technology, or international government business.
• Strong commercial judgement across pricing, contracting, partnerships, and exports.
• Ability to operate across regions, cultures, and time zones; earn trust quickly with partners and stakeholders.
• Clearance required: TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Drive momentum across international regions and align with country managers and regional leads.
• Lead select captures end-to-end, including teaming, pricing strategy, and negotiation.
• Develop UAE and Europe business development, pipelines, proposals, and partnerships.
• Build repeatable processes for international pursuits and cross-functional execution.
