Job summary

HUB International is seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Producer in a hybrid role based in Santa Barbara and Sacramento. You will prospect, sell, and service a broad range of insurance products, building a robust book of business while delivering exceptional client service.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of B2B insurance sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain required licenses within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Commercial insurance sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must obtain appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business based on networks and communities.
• Sell and service all forms of insurance business.
• Develop accounts and cross-sell products and services.
• Present services at prospect meetings and bring new business to closure.
• Maintain strong client relationships for retention and growth.
