HUB International is seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Producer in the United States to drive new business and manage client relationships across personal, commercial, and employee benefits lines. You will prospect via local networks and connect with HUB offices to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

The role emphasizes independent sales, building trusted B2B partnerships, and achieving revenue growth through a mix of base pay and commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous business-to-business sales experience.
• Commercial Insurance sales experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience selling to a specific industry a plus.
• Required to obtain the appropriate state licensing with 90 days of hire.
• Preference given to those with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations.
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
• Good listening skills and ability to determine clients’ needs efficiently.
