Qualifications

FP&A Manager - GTM

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance/FP&A, with a strong focus supporting GTM organizations such as Sales and Marketing
• Expertise in SaaS, high-growth technology, or related sectors
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
• Proficiency with FP&A and planning systems, CRM platforms, and business intelligence tools; advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience working with sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, capacity planning, headcount, and commissions
• Strong executive presence and communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and operate with a high degree of autonomy
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools for financial analysis is a plus

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience leveraging AI, automation, and new technologies to enhance financial processes
• Prior exposure to process improvement and automation initiatives within finance functions

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in FP&A, particularly supporting SaaS or tech companies
• Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic insights and build strong cross-functional relationships

Other Requirements:

• Fully remote or onsite flexibility, with hybrid onsite presence required T-TH in Santa Clara
• Willingness to adapt quickly and take ownership of strategic projects
