Pathward, National Association seeks a VP of Financial Crimes Independent Testing and Quality Assurance to lead the enterprise QA program, spanning BSA/AML, Sanctions, Fraud, and related controls. Establish governance, testing standards, and a comprehensive testing universe across 1LoD and 2LoD.

You will oversee the QA Manager and team, drive strategy, reporting, and continuous improvement while challenging leadership on findings and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, Compliance, Accounting, or related field required.
Significant experience leading Financial Crimes QA and independent testing programs.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management, and governance.
Professional certifications such as CAMS, CFE, CRCM, CIA, CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the Financial Crimes Independent Testing and QA Program across 1LoD/2LoD.
Develop risk-based testing universe and annual testing plan.
Oversee testing results, governance, and remediation validation.
Provide credible challenge to leadership and senior stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, Compliance, Accounting, or related field

CAMS, CFE, CRCM, CIA, CPA or similar professional certification

Tools

NICE Actimize or similar Financial Crimes systems
