Job summary

Pathward, National Association seeks a Vice President, Financial Crimes Independent Testing and Quality Assurance to lead the enterprise QA program across BSA/AML, Sanctions, Fraud and related activities. The role provides strategic leadership, independent oversight, and governance for testing and QA.

You will supervise the QA team, coordinate with 1LoD/2LoD, and develop risk-based testing plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of CDD/KYC, SARs, sanctions, and related controls while reporting to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of Financial Crimes, BSA/AML, Sanctions, Fraud, or risk management experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and QA/testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Financial Crimes Independent Testing and QA Program.
• Oversee testing coverage across 1LoD and 2LoD for BSA/AML, Sanctions, Fraud, and KYC.
• Deliver governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of QA practices.
