Lumira Search is partnering with a high‑growth Digital Health organization that is looking to add an experienced VP of Finance to the executive team in Q1 2026.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company growth goals.
• Build and oversee FP&A, accounting, and financial operations functions.
• Own financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling.
• Partner with the CEO on fundraising strategy, investor relations, and board reporting.
• Implement scalable systems, processes, and internal controls suitable for a growth‑stage health tech company.
• Provide financial insights to guide decisions on pricing, partnerships, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Hire and lead a small, high‑performing finance team as the company scales.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role at a Digital Health company.
• Experience in venture‑backed, high‑growth startups (Series A–C); digital health or SaaS background preferred.
• Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and financial planning.
• Deep understanding of startup financial modeling, KPIs, and SaaS or healthcare economics.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, hands‑on approach.
