A high-growth digital health and telemedicine company is seeking a Head / VP of Finance to join the Executive Leadership Team. This role will lead all aspects of financial strategy, FP&A, and capital planning to drive scalability, profitability, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Drive cash flow management, capital planning, and fundraising strategy (equity & debt).
• Build scalable financial systems and performance dashboards.
• Oversee accounting, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with executive leaders to optimise margins and resource allocation.

Ideal Profile:

• 15+ years of finance leadership in digital health, telehealth, SaaS, or D2C.
• Experience as the senior-most finance leader (Head, VP, or CFO) at a company that has scaled to $100M+ in revenue.
• Proven track record in FP&A, capital raises, and growth strategy.
• Strong grasp of GAAP, cashflow, and subscription-based business models.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
