Qualifications

• CPA required.

• Extensive executive-level healthcare finance experience in hospice, home health, or large health systems.
• Track record of leading finance operations in $750M–$1B+ organizations; growth and M&A experience.

• Provide strategic financial leadership across accounting, budgeting, cash management, receivables, A/P, payroll, and reporting.
• Lead a large finance organization (4 direct reports, ~100 indirect) through restructuring and future-state design.
• Deliver timely board-ready analyses and recommendations for executive decisions.
• Oversee GAAP compliance, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and audits.
• Partner with CFO and senior leaders on strategic initiatives and growth.
