JPMorganChase leadership team invites a Vice President to help launch an expanded executive development curriculum. You will support curriculum design, data gathering and analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure content meets current and future executive needs.

You will help design impactful development experiences, measure learning outcomes and business impact, and adapt programs to evolving client needs using data and external trends.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in instructional design focused on developing senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious, original, critical and inspirational thinker; awareness of industry benchmarks.
• Ability to develop partnerships with colleagues and HR stakeholders across geographies.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on measuring business outcomes.
• Strong sense of urgency and action-focused mindset with solid project management.
