Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Design and Delivery Vice President for the US Private Bank Client Skills Training & Practice Management team.

You will design and deliver high-impact learning experiences that translate strategic objectives into client-facing behaviors, elevating advisor effectiveness and confidence. In this role you will partner with Private Bank leadership and HR to close skills gaps, own programs end-to-end, and continuously refine content based on outcomes and evolving

Qualifications

• 4+ years in learning design, facilitation, coaching, consulting, or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong facilitation presence and executive-level communication.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management or private banking.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Client Skills Programs to support Private Bank Advisor effectiveness.
• Translate business priorities into practical learning experiences, tools, and frameworks used in the field.
• Facilitate high-energy, high-credibility sessions for Advisors and senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Private Bank leadership, Business Management, and HR to identify skills gaps and design solutions that move performance.
• Own programs end-to-end from concept and design through facilitation, iteration, and impact assessment.
• Continuously refine content based on feedback, outcomes, and evolving business needs.
